- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was very offended when I went in for assistance to cash a check and met with Imane Bitar. She advised me the check was for another City National Bank of Florida and "knowing I wished to cash the check" she gave me what turned out to be a list of ATM locations. I took this as an offense and an effort to implicitly get rid of me by misleading me that she was giving me a list of bank locations where I could get the service I was seeking. I am not from this city, as I advised her, I would expect an ethical, concerned professional would advise me before I drive almost 30 miles that this location does not provide the service I am looking for.
